Civil Engineering
TWFP's Civil Engineering Division follows a multi-disciplinary appraoch that allows us to guide you effectively through the engineering and approval process. Our civil engineering sectors include municipal engineering, land development, and site development.
Municipal Engineering
- services include: preliminary and final design, public information centres, class environmental assessments, tendering, constract administration and inspection
- provide effective coordination with the project teams, whether internal or external to TWFP
- gather public feedback and minimize disruptions due to construction, ensuring smooth progress throughout the project
- past projects range from sidewalk replacement and municipal servicing to major road construction
Land Development
- experience encompasses: preliminary engineering, final engineering, stormwater management design, approvals, tendering, contract administration and inspection
- help balance the many factors involved in successfully completing your land development project, including cost-effective engineering design, budget and schedule constraints, coordination with other professionals and contractors, and navigating the regulatory approval process
Site Development
- providing cost-effective solutions while maintaining your schedule
- services include: site plan development; grading, servicing, and stormwater management design; approvals; tendering; contract administration; inspection and certification
- experience includes: industrial, residential, institutional, and educational facilities throughout Canada and into the United States
