Clarica Westmount
TWFP enjoys a successful relationship with Clarica (now a division of Sun Life Financial) that spans many significant projects, including their head office tower. In the Westmount Office project, TWFP converted an abandoned Eaton's building and adjacent mall to office space and constructed two new floors to accommodate the company's growing needs. Along with Rice Brydone interior designers, we worked in an extremely collaborative process to ensure that the design reflected and supported Clarica's core values of stewardship, partnership, and innovation, while providing an inspiring work environment full of creative spaces.

Under our project and construction managers' direction, we met incredible deadlines: construction began in March following a two-month design period, the first employees began moving in by September of the same year, and occupancy was complete by December of that year.

"We presented The Walter Fedy Partnership with the challenge of meeting our business needs and reflecting our corporate culture within extremely strict time constraints - a challenge that you met successfully…From the beginning of the project, you made it a priority to work collaboratively with Clarica's project team, our executive team and the other consultants to gain a true understanding of our corporate culture, values and business needs. The enthusiasm of the employees as they moved into their new home is testament to your success in this regard…."
