Miele, Canadian Headquarters
TWFP provided complete design and construction management services for Miele (Canada) Limited's new head office in Vaughan, Ontario. The two-storey facility is Miele's national administrative headquarters, housing the Germany-based company's executive, marketing, logistics, and operations departments. The building design accommodates future growth in Canada, and emphasizes the importance of the Canadian operations to Miele's global strategy. Our design team coordinated extensively with Miele's team in Germany and visited their German headquarters. This collaboration ensured that the design satisfied the Canadian operation's needs, while respecting their German corporate standards.
In addition, the headquarters serves as a resource centre for Miele's nationwide dealer network and technical-service representatives. More than 80 products available to the Canadian public are displayed in auxiliary showrooms, enabling dealers to gain hands-on experience with Miele's appliances, vacuum cleaners, and professional cleaning products before deciding which items to stock in their stores.
