Region of Waterloo Offices - 150 Main St.
TWFP began working with The Region of Waterloo on office leasehold improvements to house the Region's Employment Support, Income Support, Waterloo Region Housing (WRH), Community Health, and Child Care divisions.

Midway through the project, the Region was offered the opportunity to purchase the facility, which they accepted based on the recommendations of our technical audit. TWFP then renovated the base building, transforming it from retail to office administration while meeting a strict budget and tight timelines. We kept the facility fully operational and barrier-free throughout construction to maintain existing Income Support and WRH division operations.
