TWFP's central involvement in this development included completing the preliminary engineering design required to support the draft plan application. Upon approval of the draft plan, TWFP completed the final area grading design and servicing design for this business park.
TWFP also completed the preliminary and final stormwater management design for the Southfield Business Park industrial development, which consisted of two separate ponds. We used MIDUSS computer modeling to develop the required pond configuration and to determine the extended detention volumes to attenuate post-development to pre-development levels. We determined regional floodlines using HEC II computer modeling.
TWFP provided full contract administration and inspection services during construction.
